Using Your Triden Dispenser

Simple! Take off the cap and fill with your favorite liquid soap or shampoo. Hold the power button and wait for the LED light to flash. Clicking the power button will change the level of dispense. The amount of times the LED light flashes, indicates the level it's on (i.e. 2 flashes = level 2). We recommend level 1 to start.

Are you a business? Pickup one of our floor or tabletop stands for easy mobility.

Each dispenser comes with a strong suction cup that can be added to any shower safely. The Troop can also be screwed into the shower or a wall in your washroom.

Troubleshooting

If your dispenser isn't releasing any soap or shampoo, it may be the liquid trying to work its way through the dispenser. This may happen occasionally when the dispenser has just been refilled or is getting low on soap or shampoo. Try dispensing a few times and if the issue persists, add more soap or shampoo.

We provide free shipping across Canada.

If your product in stock, it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, BC within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Yes. All Triden products have a 1-year warranty effective from the product shipping date. If any product is evaluated and determined to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced without any charge. Upon contacting our team, a shipping label will be provided to return the product.

Accidental damage and water damage (i.e. submerged in water) is not covered by the warranty. However, we understand that accidents happen and we want you to be satisfied with your dispenser in the long-term. With that being said, if you accidentally damage your dispenser, you may choose to contact our support team. These incidents are reviewed and a course of action is determined on a case by case basis.
